ABOUT KIM

Kimberly Martinez is an emerging mezzo-soprano based in the NJ/NY area. She holds a Master of Music degree from New England Conservatory and a Bachelor of Music degree from Montclair State University. Looking back at the 2024/25 season, Kim was an alto chorister with the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir, performing works such as Verdi Requiem, The Planets, and Beethoven's 9th Symphony. She was very happy to be a part of Boheme Opera's 36th season featuring Verdi's Il Trovatore. Kim happily returned to her alma mater, Montclair State University, to sing as an alto chorister in New Jersey Symphony Orchestra's performance of Beethoven's 9th Symphony.​ She looks forward to the 2025/26 season, and invites you to stay tuned for a season announcement.
